Abstract
Cílem bakalářské práce bylo s pomocí vhodné dostupné literatury a vlastních zkušeností navrhnout realizovatelnou metodickou řadu pro výuku sportovního lezení. V teoretické části jsou popsány druhy, styly a disciplíny lezení, srovnávací tabulka obtížností používaná u nás a v Evropě, s popisem přelezených obtížností typických pro začátečníky a pokročilé lezce. Dále jsou zde uvedeny věkové zvláštnosti klíčové ke sportovnímu lezení. Analýza dostupné literatury shrnuje přístupy jednotlivých autorů k lezeckým dovednostem. Na základě jejich studia a vlastních zkušeností s výukou lezení je v práci navržena metodická řada výuky sportovního lezení. Metodická řada je doplněna obrázky.
The objective of the bachelor´s thesis was to propose a feasible methodical line for teaching sport climbing with the help of appropriate and accessible literature and my personal experience. The theoretical part describes the types, styles and disciplines of climbing as well as the comparative table of the levels of difficulty used here in the Czech Republic and in Europe with the description of the climb over difficulties typical for beginners and advanced climbers. Furthermore, age rarities which are essential for sport climbing are presented here. The analysis of available books about climbing dexterity or methodical line and approaches of individual authors towards the technique of climbing skills follows up. After the analysis and verification of individual methods arises the proposal of methodical line of sport climbing, which is described in detail and explained in the practical part of the thesis.
