dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá možnostmi financování investic podniku se zaměřením na využití bankovního úvěru a leasingu. V úvodní kapitole práce nahlíží na zdroje financování podniku, které rozděluje na vlastní a cizí. V následující kapitole se práce věnuje hodnocení investiční činnosti podniku. Vysvětluje problematiku zajištění výnosnosti a podává informace o rozhodujících faktorech, podle kterých lze investice porovnávat. Třetí část diplomové práce je věnována úvěrovému a leasingovému financování. Práce zde zachycuje grafy, které zobrazují situaci na úvěrovém trhu v České republice. Dále práce poskytuje informace o produktech vybraných bankovních institucí a leasingových společností a srovnává administrativní náročnost daných způsobů financování. V závěrečné části diplomové práce je představen vybraný podnik a jeho zamýšlená investice. Součástí kapitoly je také zhodnocení a srovnání nabídky vybraných produktů bankovních institucí a leasingových společností. Konec čtvrté kapitoly je věnován zhodnocení všech úvěrových a leasingových nabídek.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The diploma thesis deals with the possibilities of financing the company investments focusing on utilization of bank loan and leasing. The opening chapter of the thesis looks at the sources of financing the company, which are divided into own and foreign ones. In the next chapter the thesis deals with the evaluation of the company investment activity. It explains the issue of ensuring profitability and provides information on the decisive factors against which the investment can be compared. The third part of the diploma thesis is devoted to credit and leasing financing. There the work depicts graphs illustrating the situation at the credit market in the Czech Republic. Further, the thesis provides information on the products of selected banking institutions and leasing companies and compares the administrative complexity of the given financing methods. The final part of the diploma thesis introduces the chosen enterprise and its intended investment. In one part of this chapter there is also evaluation and comparison of the selected products of banking institutions and leasing companies. The end of the fourth chapter deals with the evaluation of all credit and leasing offers.	en
