dc.description.abstractThe aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyse a mutual relationship between calculations and budgets of a textile company. In the theoretical part of the thesis a basic function, division and specification of particular factors influencing financial management of the company are described. The practical part applies this theoretical knowledge into a fictive company Pretty Ltd. to improve its position on the market, quality of the products and maximize the profit of the company.en
dc.description.abstractCílem této bakalářské práce je přiblížit vzájemný vztah kalkulací a rozpočtů v oděvním podniku. Teoretická část se věnuje základní funkci, rozdělení a specifikaci jednotlivých faktorů ovlivňujících finanční řízení podniku. Aplikační část se snaží tyto teoretické poznatky aplikovat do fiktivní firmy Pretty s.r.o. a se zlepšit postavení na trhu, zlepšení kvality výrobků a maximalizaci zisku.cs
