dc.description.abstract	This bachelor degree thesis in its theoretical part stresses the system of volunteering in the Czech Republic in general and also the particular example of how volunteers? program works in the Liberec Regional Hospital. It accents on the volunteers´ related terminology, on history of volunteers? movement and describes the present state of the art and perspectives of its development in this health care facility. In the practical part the work examines the influence of volunteers on psyche of the patients from the recipients´ (patients´) point of view, from the point of view of health care personel and, last but not least, from the point of view of the offerer ? i.e. the volunteers themselves. Moreover, in my paper there are explained the reasons of purposely chosen hospital departments not participating in the volunteers? program of the Liberec Hospital.	en
dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se v teoretické části zabývá dobrovolnictvím v České republice a v konkrétním příkladu fungování programu dobrovolnictví v Krajské nemocnice Liberec, a.s. Nastiňuje terminologii, která se pojí s dobrovolnictvím, historií dobrovolnictví, popisuje současný stav a perspektivy v konkrétním nemocničním zřízení. V praktické části se zabývá zmapováním vlivu dobrovolníků na psychiku pacientů z pohledu příjemců (pacientů), z pohledu ošetřovatelského personálu a v neposlední řadě z pohledu poskytovatele ? tedy dobrovolníků. Dále jsou popsány důvody nezapojení vybraných oddělení do dobrovolnického programu v liberecké nemocnici.	cs
