dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce pojednává o důležitosti rodiny, o jejím významném vlivu na vývoj dítěte a o selhání rodičů, které následně představuje řešení tíživé životní situace dítěte a nutnost jeho zabezpečení. Jednou z možností řešení je svěření dítěte do příbuzenské pěstounské péče. Cílem této diplomové práce je analýza příbuzenské pěstounské péče, tzn. zkoumání, jak funguje ve své praktické podobě a jaká má případná úskalí. Teoretická část se zabývá popisem funkcí rodiny, socializací dítěte v rodině a dále seznamuje se sociálně-právní ochranou dětí a podtrhuje význam sanace rodiny ohledně ohrožených dětí. Dále jsou popsány možnosti náhradní rodinné péče a její formy, přičemž pozornost je zaměřena na pěstounskou péči, zejména uskutečňovanou příbuznými dítěte. Empirická část za pomoci kvalitativního zkoumání zjišťuje a odhaluje problematiku realizované příbuzenské pěstounské péče v praxi a blíže ji analyzuje. V závěru práce je provedena diskuzi, v níž jsou shrnuty zjištěné výsledky, a výstupem diplomové práce jsou navrhovaná opatření.	cs
dc.description.abstract	This thesis deals with the importance of the family, its significant influence on the development of a child and a parent failure, which subsequently presents the solution of the difficulties of a child and the necessity of his/her security. One of the solving possibilities is entrusting of a child to the family foster care. The aim of this thesis is the analysis of the family foster care, i.e. research, how it serves in its practical form and where can appear potential difficulties. The theoretic part is engaged in the description of family functions, socialization of a child in the family and subsequently it informs about the children´s socially-legal protection and emphasizes the significance of the family reconstruction concerning of endangered children. Next thing is the description of possibilities of the substitute family care and its forms where the attention is focused on the foster care especially realized by relatives of a child. The empirical part by means of the qualitative research finds out and discovers the problems of the realized family foster care in practice and in more details analyzes it. In conclusion of the thesis there is the discussion where are summarized the discovered results and the suggested arrangements are with the output of this thesis.	en
