Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou šikany - jejím výskytem v Libereckém kraji a následně také zkoumá i její sociální příčiny. Teoretická část se zabývá příčinami šikany, charakteristikami oběti a agresora a především prevencí šikany a pedagogickou intervencí při jejím výskytu ve škole. Cílem výzkumu bylo zjistit současný stav výskytu šikany v Libereckém kraji a analyzovat sociální faktory ovlivňující šikanu ve školní třídě. Především jsme se zaměřili na osobnost učitele, jeho vztah k žákům a kvalitu jeho interakce s nimi. Výzkum byl proveden metodou dotazníku na vzorku 193 žáků pátých tříd. Na základě výzkumu byla stanovena doporučení pro prevenci šikany na základních školách.
This Diploma Thesis deals with bullying problems - their occurrence in the Liberec Region. It subsequently ivestigates social causes of bullying. The theoretical part deals with causes of bullying, characterization of both a victim and an aggressor and especially with prevention of bullying and a teacher´s intervention in case that bullying occurs at school. The aim of the research was to find out a contemporary state of bullying occurrence in the Liberec Region and to analyse social factors influencing bullying in a school class. We especially focused on a personality of a teacher, his or her relationship with pupils and quality of interaction between the teacher and the pupils. The research was made by a method of a questionnaire given to 193 pupils of grade 5. Recommendations for prevention of bullying at basic schools were made on the basis of this research.
