dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá řízením variabilních a fixních nákladů ve vybrané společnosti KBA-Grafitec s.r.o. Dobruška. Hlavním cílem je charakterizovat proces řízení variabilních a fixních nákladů dané společnosti a na základě provedené analýzy předložit návrh možných opatření, která by vedla v budoucnu k efektivnějšímu řízení nákladů. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na obecné informace týkající se účetnictví, podrobné klasifikace nákladů dle různých aspektů a základní vymezení jednotlivých typů kalkulací. V praktické části je představena společnost KBA-Grafitec s.r.o. spolu s její historií a portfolio produktů a služeb, které společnost nabízí na trhu. Následuje analýza ekonomické situace a procesu řízení nákladů podniku. Důraz je přitom kladen především na variabilní a fixní náklady. S jejich řízením souvisí rovněž analýza bodu zvratu. V závěru diplomové práce je zhodnocena současná situace v oblasti řízení variabilních a fixních nákladů ve společnosti a předložen návrh na řízení těchto nákladů v příštích letech.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The diploma thesis deals with management of variable and fixed costs in the chosen company KBA-Grafitec s.r.o. Dobruška. The main aim is to define the process of managing variable and fixed costs in the company and propose (on the basis of the analysis) possible measures that will lead to more cost-effective management in the future. The theoretical part focuses on general information regarding accounting, detailed cost classification according to various aspects and basic definition of individual types of calculations. The practical part introduces KBA-Grafitec s.r.o. along with its history and portfolio of products and services that the company offers on the market. The following part is an analysis of the economic situation and process of the cost management in the company. The emphasis is put primarily on variable and fixed costs. That cost management is related to the Cost-Volume Profit Analysis. The current situation in the management of variable and fixed costs in the company is evaluated as well as submitted proposal for the management of these costs in the coming years at the end of the diploma thesis.	en
