dc.description.abstractMy dissertation is about setting the outsourcing information technology up in the PREGIS company. PREGIS is a subsidiary company of Preciosa and in 2003 outsourced Preciosa´s IT departement. Now PREGIS runs IT deparment on its own according Preciosa´s rules. The point of my dissertation is to evaluate procedure of PREGIS company during setting the outsourcing up, specify problems which came and their solutions including advantages which executed changes brought to PREGIS company. At the same time my dissertation should contribute to the whole view on the outsourcing process in this company. Dissertation is divided into 3 chapters. Introductory part is about outsourcing from the theoretical view. End of this chapter focuses on the problems with outsourcing in the Czech republic. Next chapter is about outsourcing itself, outsourcing process and its stages. It actually theoretically describes procedure and how this process should be running. Closing practical chapter is about PREGIS company with concrete setting the outsourcing IT up. End of this chapter is about its own view and evaluating the outsourcing process in this company.en
dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce pojednává o zavádění outsourcingu informační technologie ve společnosti PREGIS, a.s. Společnost PREGIS, a.s., je dceřinou společností Preciosy a v roce 2003 outsourcovala IT útvar Preciosy a nyní jej dle podmínek Preciosy sama provozuje. Tato práce si klade za cíl zhodnotit postup společnosti PREGIS, a.s., při zavádění outsourcingu, definovat vzniklé problémy a jejich následné řešení včetně výhod, které provedené změny přinesly společnosti PREGIS, a.s. Současně by tato diplomová práce měla přispět k celkovému pohledu na proces outsourcingu v této společnosti. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na tři kapitoly. Úvodní část pojednává o outsourcingu z teoretického hlediska. Závěr této kapitoly se zaměřuje na problematiku outsourcingu v České republice. Následující kapitola se zabývá vlastním outsourcingovým procesem a jeho fázích, tedy teoreticky popsanému postupu, jak by měl tento proces probíhat. Závěrečná praktická část je již věnována společnosti PREGIS, a.s., a konkrétnímu zavádění outsourcingu IT. Závěr této kapitoly je věnován vlastnímu pohledu a zhodnocení procesu outsourcingu v této společnosti.cs
