Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na úlohu Policie České republiky při práci s obětí trestného činu. Klade si za cíl zjištění, zda a jak proškolení o práci s obětí ovlivňuje jednání příslušníků Policie České republiky ve výkonu jejich služby. Práce se nejprve zabývá popisem užívaných základních pojmů. Pozornost je kladena na proces viktimizace oběti, zejména pak na sekundární viktimizaci, kdy oběť trestného činu přichází do styku s policisty a dalšími odborníky, kteří s obětí pracují. Následně popisuje jednotlivá práva oběti trestného činu, které jí přiznává zákon o obětech trestných činů účinný od roku 2013, instituce zabývající se prací s oběťmi a formu vzdělávání příslušníků Policie České republiky v oblasti viktimologie. Výzkumné šetření bakalářské práce je realizováno prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření mezi policisty, kteří jsou zařazení do přímého výkonu služby v jednom z okresů Středočeského kraje. Do výzkumného vzorku jsou zahrnuti policisté služby pořádkové policie, ale i policisté služby kriminální policie a vyšetřování. Realizované výzkumné šetření je zaměřeno na orientaci policistů v oblasti viktimologie a základních práv obětí. Dále mapuje kompetence policistů a jejich povědomí o institucích zabývajících se další prací s oběťmi trestných činů.
Bachelor thesis focuses on the role of the Police of the Czech Republic with working with victims of crime. It aims to determine whether and how trained to work with victims affects the conduct of members of the Police of the Czech Republic in the performance of their services. Firstly, the work describes the basic concepts used. Attention is paid to the process of victimization, especially on secondary victimization when the victim comes into contact with police officers and other professionals who work with victims. Then it describes the individual rights of victims' rights, which are recognized by law, effective since 2013, institutions engaged in work with victims and the forms of education for members of the Police of the Czech Republic in the field of victimology. Research of the thesis is conducted through a questionnaire survey among police officers, who are posted to direct their service in one of the districts of the Central Region. The research sample includes Riot police officers and members of Criminal police and investigation. Realized research is focused on the orientation of police officers in the field of victimology and fundamental rights of the victims. It also maps the competence of police officers and their awareness of institutions dealing with other work with victims of crime.
