Abstract
První část diplomové práce je teoretická a zaměřuje se především na internacionalizační procesy, které jsou v dnešním globalizovaném světě všudypřítomné a vysokou měrou působí na mezinárodní obchod. Úvodní část také teoreticky popisuje logistiku a dodavatelské řetězce. Druhá část práce je analytická. Zabývá se historií společnosti s důrazem kladeným především na její internacionalizaci. Rozbor proběhl rozkladem poznatků k tématu získaných vlastním průzkumem, který probíhal rešerší interních dokumentů a strukturovaným rozhovorem s ředitelem společnosti. Cílem diplomové práce je za pomocí analýzy vyhodnotit internacionalizační procesy a určit internacionalizační fázi vybrané logistické společnosti, která ovlivňuje mezinárodní obchod a na základě teoretické rešerše a vlastního výzkumu sestavit doporučení pro další internacionalizační procesy tohoto nadnárodního logistického podniku.
The first part of the thesis is theoretical and focuses mainly on internationalization processes, which are omnipresent in the globalized world nowadays and affect international trade to a significant extent. The introductory part also provides a theoretical description of logistics and supply chains in general. The second part of the thesis is analytical. It examines the history of the company with emphasis on its internationalization. The analysis is undertaken by elaborating on the insights on the topic obtained by own research, which was conducted by researching internal documents as well as a structured interview with the company director. The objective of the thesis is to evaluate the internationalization processes and to identify the internationalizing phase of the selected logistical company that affects global trade to a certain degree and to compile further recommendations for its internationalization processes based on both, the theoretical framework and own research.
