Abstract
Předmětem této bakalářské práce je výkon trestu odnětí svobody osob s poruchami duševními a poruchami chování zařazenými ve specializovaném oddělení. Teoretická část se zaměří na základní představení Vězeňské služby České republiky a dále se již orientuje pouze na zajištění výkonu trestu odnětí svobody ve specializovaných odděleních, přičemž stěžejním tématem je specializované oddělení pro výkon trestu odsouzených s poruchou duševní a poruchou chování ve Vazební věznici Liberec. Zabývá se nejen jeho posláním a cílem či metodami, formami a fázemi terapeutického programu, ale především cílovou skupinou, kdo a za jatých podmínek se účastní daného odborného zacházení.Součástí praktické části, jež navazuje na teoretickou, je průzkum mezi vězněnými osobami zařazenými ve specializovaném oddělení Vazební věznice Liberec, se zaměřením na jejich subjektivní vnímání terapeutického programu. Pro sběr dat byla použita metoda kvantitativního výzkumu pomocí dotazníku, vyhodnocení získaných informací může posloužit jako podnět odborným zaměstnancům.
The bachelor thesis deals with the topics of the sentence of imprisonment in unit for persons with mental and behavioral disorders. The theoretical part focuses on an introduction of the Prison Service of the Czech Republic and then it aims only on determining of the sentence of imprisonment regarding to the special unit. While the main topic is the sentence of imprisonment in special unit for persons with mental and behavioral disorders in the Liberec Remand Prison. We have tried not only to examine its functions, goals, or methods, but also forms and phases of the therapeutic program. Moreover, factors such as the age category or prisoners background regarding to what conditions they are attending in this program.The practical part, which is connected to the first one, consists of the research among people who are included in special unit in Liberec Remand Prison. The emphasis is put on the subjective reception of the program. Quantitative method by means of a questionnaire was used for collecting data. These results can serve as possible inspiration for employees.
