dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabyvá studiem vybranych parametrů nanovlákennych vrstev za použití různych technologií. Cílem bylo porovnat a vyhodnotit vysledky vlivu elektrického potenciálu na vlastnosti vznikajících vláken. Práce je rozčleněna na dvě části, teoretickou a experimentální. Teoretická část je věnovaná přehledu a popisu použitych technologií, materiálů a metod pro zjišťování vlastností vlákennych vrstev. V experimentální části jsou dále popsány použité zařízení, které byly vybrány pro dany typ technologie a použité testovací prostředky a vysledné hodnoty zvlákněnych vrstev. Velká část experimentu je dále věnována překonstruování zařízení Nanocetrino L1.0.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The diploma thesis deals with the study of selected parameters of nanofibrous layers using various technologies. The goal was to compare and evaluate the results of the influence of the electric potential on the properties of the emerging fibers. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and experimental. The theoretical part is devoted to an overview and description of the used technologies, materials and methods for determining the properties of fiber layers. In the experimental part, the equipment used, which was selected for the given type of technology, and the test means used and the resulting values of the spun layers are further described. A large part of the experiment is further devoted to the reconstruction of the Nanocetrino L1.0 device.	en
