Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na rozšíření povědomí o zdravém životním stylu u dětí v mateřských školách. V teoretické části jsou definovány a vysvětleny pojmy zdraví, nemoc a zdravý životní styl. Jsou zde popsány vybrané oblasti zdravého životního stylu u dětí předškolního věku. V této části je též specifikována charakteristika vývoje dítěte předškolního věku a popsány didaktické prostředky. Praktická část uvádí vytvořené didaktické pomůcky pro výuku zdravého životního stylu v mateřských školách. Dále je zde zmíněn autorský výukový program realizovaný v mateřské škole s využitím vytvořeného didaktického materiálu. Tato část je doplněna vyhodnocením závěrů a stanovením doporučení pro praxi.
The bachelor thesis focuses on expanding awareness of a healthy lifestyle among children in kindergartens. The theoretical part defines and explains the concepts of health, illness, and healthy lifestyle. It describes selected aspects of a healthy lifestyle in preschool children. This part also specifies the characteristics of a child's development in preschool age and describes didactic aids. The practical part presents the created didactic aids for teaching a healthy lifestyle in kindergartens. Furthermore, the authorial educational program implemented in kindergarten using the created didactic material is mentioned. This part is supplemented by an evaluation of the conclusions and the establishment of recommendations for practice.
