Abstract
Tato diplomová práce pojednává o inovaci zařízení pro aplikaci pěnového těsnění ve společnosti Denso Manufacturing s.r.o. V práci je popsán průběh inovačního procesu počínaje analýzou stávajícího řešení, přes systematický návrh konceptů řešení, až po výběr finálního návrhu řešení. Volba finálního návrhu probíhá na základě definovaných kritérií a hodnocení schopnosti jednotlivých konstrukčních variant dané funkce plnit. Dále je v práci proveden kompletní návrh zvoleného konceptu. Závěrem práce je vyhodnocení přínosů tohoto zařízení a ekonomické zhodnocení.
This master thesis deals with the innovation of foam seal applicator device in Denso Manufacturing Czech s.r.o. The thesis describes innovative process starting with the analysis of current design, systematic creation of conceptual designs up to the selection of the final proposal of solution. The selection of the final solution is made upon the defined criteria and the evaluation of the ability of the constructional variants to perform the given function. There is also provided complete engineering proposal of the chosen design. As a conclusion, there is an assessment of the advantages of the device and the economical evaluation.
