dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na hodnocení investičního projektu prováděného na České obchodní inspekci, konkrétně na regionálním inspektorátu Jihomoravského a Zlínského. První část práce je věnována teoretickému vymezení problematiky, kde jsou analyzovány důležité pojmy jako jsou investice, veřejné zakázky a princip 3E. Dále jsou představeny metody hodnocení veřejných projektů, které jsou používány k posouzení jejich účinnosti, efektivnosti a ekonomičnosti. V praktické části je stručně představena Česká obchodní inspekce jako organizace, následovaná popisem konkrétní investice realizované v programovém období 2016-2023. Tento investiční projekt je podroben důkladnému vyhodnocení, které zahrnuje analýzu jeho úspěšnosti a dosažení stanovených cílů. Analýza byla provedena třemi metodami. První metodou bylo finanční vyhodnocení pomocí programu eCBA. Druhou metodou byla analýza prostřednictvím 3E metody a třetí metodou bylo provedení výzkumu socioekonomických dopadů. V závěru práce jsou prezentována doporučení a návrhy, které vycházejí ze získaných poznatků a mohou sloužit k optimalizaci budoucích investičních rozhodnutí České obchodní inspekce na regionální úrovni.	cs
dc.description.abstract	This thesis focuses on the evaluation of an investment project carried out at the Czech Trade Inspection, specifically at the regional inspectorate of the South Moravian and Zlín regions. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the theoretical definition of the issue, where important concepts such as investment, public contract and the 3E principle are analysed. Next, the methods of evaluation of public projects that are used to assess their efficiency, effectiveness and economy are presented. In the practical part, the Czech Trade Inspection as an organisation is briefly introduced, followed by a description of a specific investment implemented in the 2016-2023 period. This investment project is subjected to a thorough evaluation, which includes an analysis of its success and achievement of the set objectives. The analysis was performed with the use three methods. The first method was a financial evaluation using the eCBA online tool. The second metod was an analysis carried out using the 3E method and lastly, socio-economic impact evaluation was carried out.The paper concludes by presenting recommendations and suggestions that are based on the findings and can serve to optimize future investment decisions of the Czech Trade Inspection.	en
