dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou podnikatelského plánu a jeho tvorby za účelem prezentace záměru investorovi/věřiteli s cílem získání finančních prostředků. Práce se zaměřuje na strukturu podnikatelského plánu s tím, že zároveň připouští, že podoba plánu není nikde striktně vymezena. Jelikož práce věnuje pozornost způsobu získání financí od investora, jsou v této souvislosti vysvětleny pojmy, kterými jsou investiční činnost, investor a věřitel. Zvoleným podnikatelským subjektem zkoumání pro diplomovou práci byl zvolen start-up z oblasti IT. V literárně-rešeršní rovině se práce zaměřuje na vysvětlení samotného pojmu start-up a na různé formy financování. Na základě spolupráce se dvěma investory a získání praktického příkladu podnikatelského plánu vznikajícího start-upu je korekcí plánu na základě požadavků obou investorů navržen plán tak, aby měl po obsahové stránce co největší vypovídací hodnotu. Zároveň práce dochází ke zjištění, že každý investor klade důraz při hodnocení podnikatelských plánů na jiný charakter informací. Závěrem je nastíněna možná struktura obecného podnikatelského plánu.	cs
dc.description.abstract	This thesis deals with the topic of creating a business plan for the purpose of presenting entrepreneur's intention to an investor/creditor in order to obtain business funding. The thesis focuses on theoretical approaches to structures of a business plan, while admitting that the form of the plan itself is not strictly defined. As the main goal of this work is project financing, particularly how to get those funds, there are explained all related terms such as an investment activity, an investor or a creditor. The chosen subject of the research for the thesis is a start-up project from the field of information technology. The theoretical part is focusing on explanation of the start-up concept and various forms of its financing. Based on a cooperation with two investors and a practical example of a business plan for one emerging start-up, a plan is designed to make the content as meaningful as possible by correcting the plan based on the requirements of both investors. The work has found out that each investor is focusing on different factors and has always different criteria when evaluating business plans. At the end of the thesis, a possible structure of general business plan is formally described and attached.	en
