dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce zkoumá vliv a využití umělé inteligence v cestovním ruchu, se zaměřením na hotelnictví. Teoretická část se dělí na dvě hlavní kapitoly: cestovní ruch a umělou inteligenci. V první kapitole je podrobně popsán cestovní ruch a jeho spojení s hotelnictvím. Druhá kapitola definuje umělou inteligenci, diskutuje její výhody a nevýhody, zkoumá vliv pandemie Covid-19 na rozvoj umělé inteligence v hotelnictví, identifikuje druhy umělé inteligence využívané v hotelnictví a představuje možnosti budoucího vývoje. Cílem této práce je zkoumání využití umělé inteligence v hotelnictví a jejího dopadu na společnost, a navrhnutí implementace umělé inteligence do provozu hotelu Clarion Grandhotel Zlatý Lev. Praktická část práce rozebírá konkrétní příklady hotelů využívajících umělou inteligenci v České republice i v zahraničí. Obsahuje hloubkové rozhovory se zástupci hotelových značek, jako je OREA HOTELS, a Clarion Grandhotel Zlatý Lev. Navrhuje také konkrétní implementace umělé inteligence do hotelu na základě zjištěných informací a potřeb. Závěrečná část práce poté hodnotí aktuální stav využívání umělé inteligence v hotelnictví a poskytuje doporučení pro budoucí rozvoj a využití této technologie v oboru.cs
dc.description.abstractThis bachelor thesis explores the impact and use of artificial intelligence in tourism, focusing on the hotel industry. The theoretical part is divided into two main chapters: tourism and artificial intelligence. The first chapter describes tourism and its connection to the hotel industry in detail. The second chapter defines artificial intelligence, discusses its advantages and disadvantages, examines the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the development of artificial intelligence in the hotel industry, identifies the types of artificial intelligence used in the hotel industry, and presents the possibilities for future development. This thesis aims to explore the use of artificial intelligence in the hotel industry and its impact on society and to propose the implementation of artificial intelligence in the operations of the Clarion Grandhotel Zlatý Lev. The practical part of the thesis analyses specific examples of hotels using artificial intelligence in the Czech Republic and abroad. It includes in-depth interviews with representatives of hotel brands such as OREA HOTELS and Clarion Grandhotel Zlatý Lev. It also suggests specific implementations of AI in hotels based on the information and needs identified. The final part of the thesis then evaluates the current state of the use of artificial intelligence in the hotel industry. It provides recommendations for the future development and use of this technology in the industryen
