dc.description.abstractThe main target of the Bachelor thesis is the analysis of the cycling training and financing. The thesis is especially aimed for mountainbike racing. The first part of the thesis is focused on cycling training during the season. There is written a way of planning the training, training methods, below a special parts of racing day and an alternative training. The second part is oriented to the way of living. The third part is a practical, the filling of the part is analysis of cycling financing. The financing come from the position of efficiency cycling racer, mainly show the costs during one cycling season. Further there is written confrontation differences of financing between performance levels and analysis of costs and earnings of half ? professional cycling team.The result of the thesis is a comprehensive overview on ensure racing activities in mountainbike races. It serve as overview for racers, coaches and managers. There are used the experiences of author with racing cycling which is written in the conclusion of the thesis.en
dc.description.abstractHlavním cílem bakalářské práce je analýza cyklistického tréninku a rozbor financování cyklistiky. Práce je speciálně zaměřena na oblast závodů horských kol. První část práce se soustředí na trénink cyklistiky během sezóny. Popsán je způsob plánování tréninku, tréninkové metody, dále zvláštnosti závodního dne a alternativní trénink. Druhá část je orientována na životosprávu. Třetí část je praktická, náplní je rozbor financování cyklistiky. Financování vychází z pozice výkonnostního závodního cyklisty, především ukazuje výdaje během jedné cyklistické sezóny. Dále je uvedeno srovnání rozdílů ve financování jednotlivých výkonnostních úrovní a analýza výdajů a příjmů poloprofesionálního cyklistického týmu.Výsledkem práce je ucelený přehled o zajištění závodní činnosti v závodech horských kol. Slouží jako přehled pro závodníky, trenéry a manažery klubů. V práci jsou využity zkušenosti autora se závodní cyklistikou, vyjádřené v závěru práce.cs
