Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku retribuční spravedlnosti v poválečném Československu, konkrétně na činnost Mimořádného lidového soudu v Litoměřicích během tzv. prvního retribučního období (1945-1947). Předmětem zkoumání jsou případy osob, které obývaly město Úštěk a jeho bezprostřední okolí. V prvních částech textu je představena právní úprava retribuce, zejména vznik, historie a obsah tzv. velkého retribučního dekretu. Popsány jsou také regionální a historické podmínky oblasti města Úštěk. Klíčová část práce se pak soustředí na analýzu samotných soudních případů - nejprve z hlediska kvantitativního, následně pak prostřednictvím podrobného rozboru vybraných kauz. Práce vychází především z archivního výzkumu, a to konkrétně z materiálů fondu Mimořádný lidový soud Litoměřice 1945-1948, uloženého ve Státním oblastním archivu v Litoměřicích.
This bachelor's thesis focuses on the issue of retributive justice in post-war Czechoslovakia, specifically on the activities of the Extraordinary People's Court in Litoměřice during the so-called first retribution period (1945-1947). The subject of the research is cases involving individuals who resided in the town of Úštěk and its immediate surroundings. The initial chapters present the legal framework of retribution, especially the origin, historical background, and content of the so-called Great Retribution Decree. The regional and historical context of the Úštěk area is also described. The core part of the thesis concentrates on the analysis of the actual court casesinitially from a quantitative perspective, followed by an in-depth examination of selected individual cases. The thesis is primarily based on archival research, specifically materials from the collection Extraordinary People's Court Litoměřice 1945-1948, held at the State Regional Archive in Litoměřice.
