dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá postupem výběru správného zařízení ve vybraném podniku. Práce se zaměřuje na proces rozhodování o investici do nového technického zařízení. V rámci oddělení FCM byly vybrány čtyři možné alternativy, které jsou popsány jako náhrady za aktuální stav vytápění. Cílem práce je navrhnout optimální technologii pro zvýšení přínosu provozu v dlouhodobém horizontu. Důraz je kladen na výpočet s porovnáním investic a spotřeb energií s obsaženými alternativy. Součástí práce je i použití metodiky prosté a diskontované doby návratnosti a ukazatele ROI, které umožňují porovnání efektivity variant. Práce vychází z relevantní literatury, osobních poznatků získaných dlouhodobým působením ve společnosti Bosch Powertrain s.r.o. a z konzultací s kolegy a vedení oddělení. Závěr práce poukazuje na limity výpočtů, které byly v práci zahrnuty a dále shrnuje provedené výpočty. Tyto výpočty jsou následně srozumitelně popsány. Výsledek práce potvrzuje přínos zvoleného zařízení a bude sloužit jako doporučení podniku pro budoucí investici.cs
dc.description.abstractThe bachelor thesis deals with the procedure of selecting the right equipment in the selected company. The thesis focuses on the process of decision-making for investment in new technical equipment. Four possible alternatives were selected within the FCM department and are described as replacements for the current heating system. The aim of the work is to propose the optimal technology to increase the benefits of the plant in the long term. The focus is on the calculation with comparison of investments and energy consumption with the included alternatives. The work also includes the use of simple and discounted payback period methodologies and ROI indicators to compare the effectiveness of the alternatives. The thesis is based on relevant literature, personal knowledge gained through long-term employment at Bosch Powertrain Ltd., and consultation with colleagues and departmental management. The conclusion of the thesis points out the limits of the calculations included in the thesis and further summarizes the calculations performed. These calculations are then described in a clear manner. The result of the thesis confirms the benefits of the chosen equipment and will serve as a recommendation to the company for future investment.en
