dc.description.abstractHlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je navrhnutí funkčního termochromního potisku pro tvorbu chytrého kojeneckého oblečení umožňujícího indikaci zvýšené teploty dítěte. Teoretický úvod práce shrnuje nejnovější informace z oblasti termochromních aplikací na textil. Převážně je rozebírán proces zapouzdření pigmentů tj. mikroenkapsulace, která nese velký podíl na výsledných odolnostech a stálostech potisků. Popsány jsou jednotlivé složky kapslí i výsledné tiskové pasty, včetně receptů na koncentrační řadu. Dále práce vysvětluje, jak s termochromními materiály pracovali jiní výtvarníci a ukazuje jejich inovace a výsledky bádání. Podrobně je také popsán návod na zhotovení kojeneckého oblečení, včetně technických nákresů, potřebných materiálů, strojů i příslušenství pro výrobu. Práce zahrnuje přehled tělesných rozměrů kojence, vybraných na základě novodobých studií, které berou v potaz evoluční tělesné změny. Záměrem práce je propojení uměleckého a technologického odvětví s cílem vytvoření souhrnu užitečných informací pro obě strany. Ve výtvarné části je velmi podrobně popsán návod na grafické zpracování návrhů v Adobe Photoshopu a Illustratoru i pro jejich realizaci metodou sítotisku. Celkovou inspirací se stala zvířecí tematika. Bylo vytvořeno dotazníkové šetření zjišťující oblíbenost potisků u českých žen, převážně matek. V neposlední řadě byla ověřena funkčnost výrobku. Na základě finálních vybraných motivů byla sestavena kolekce plošných potisků pro doplňující prvky výbavičky i do dětského prostředí.cs
dc.description.abstractThe main purpose of the current thesis is to design a functional thermochromic print for smart infant clothing serving as an indicator of increased child temperature. In the theoretical part, it is summarized the latest information in the field of thermochromic applications for textiles. The encapsulation process of pigments, i.e. microencapsulation, which carries a significant share in the resulting resistances and stability of prints, is mainly discussed. The individual components of the capsules and the resulting printing paste are described, including recipes for the concentration range. Furthermore, the work explains how other artists worked with thermochromic materials and shows their innovations and research results. Instructions for making baby clothes are also described in details, including technical drawings, necessary materials, machines, and accessories for the production. The thesis includes an overview of the body dimensions of the infant, selected based on modern studies taking into account evolutionary bodily changes.The thesis aims to connect the artistic and technological industries to create a summary of helpful information for both parties. The art part describes in great detail the instructions for graphic design in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator and their implementation by screen printing. The overall inspiration was the animal theme.A questionnaire survey was created to determine the popularity of prints among the public of Czech women, mostly mothers. Last but not least, the functionality of the product was verified. Based on the final selected motifs, a collection of surface prints was compiled for additional elements of the equipment for the child environment.en
