dc.description.abstractThe bachelor degree thesis deals with the solving printouts in CSSZ through the use outsourcing. The purpose of this treatise is to pass judgement on reasons, which led to the solution of CSSZ management to use this way of providing of service for printouts. The treatise is based on information drawn from the mentioned literature and from knowledge gained during the work on the project of service implementation in conditions of CSSZ. First of all the treatise describes and explains important terms such as outsourcing, SLA, advantages and disadvantages of outsourcing generally. The main chapter contains a based analytical fundamentals for decision, if to use outsourcing solution or not. The main goal of this work is to critisize the solution about acceptance of outsourcing as a form of solution of printouts in CSSZ.en
dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá řešením tiskových výstupů v ČSSZ pomocí outsourcingu. Účelem práce je zhodnotit důvody, které vedly k rozhodnutí managementu ČSSZ použít tuto formu poskytování služby pro tiskové účely. Bakalářská práce vychází z informací získaných z uvedené literatury a z poznatků nabitých během práce na projektu implementace služby v podmínkách ČSSZ. V prvé řadě jsou popsány a vysvětleny důležité pojmy jako např. outsourcing, SLA, výhody a nevýhody outsourcingu obecně. Hlavní kapitola obsahuje výchozí analytické podklady pro rozhodování, zda použít outsourcingové řešení či ne. Cílem bakalářské práce je posoudit rozhodnutí o přijetí outsourcingu jako formy řešení tiskových výstupů v ČSSZ.cs
