dc.description.abstractInformation technology has touched many human activities such as business. Information systems and technology serve for many purposes in companies but they still have one thing in common ? they should bring a competitive advantage. This demands that the systems innovate and change together with changes the companies environment. The aim of my diploma work is to show the present insufficiency in the company´s system suggest and a solution to remove them; first of all by introducing a new information system. Then I will focus on questions in the logistic area that is not functional in the company at present. The work is divided into 4 parts. The beginning of the work deals with the company´s introduction and the selection of a new information system called AX. In the theoretical part, I focus on how to proceed when choosing a new information system and its implementation. Both choosing and implementing should be divided into phases. In the practical part I describe the present state of the company and a way to remove deficiencies. The final part I dedicate to the contribution in all of the areas of the company by the new system and subsequently a logistics improvement process suggestion.en
dc.description.abstractInformační technologie zasáhly mnoho činností člověka, podnikání nevyjímaje. Informační systémy a technologie slouží v podnicích k mnoha účelům, přesto mají jedno společné ? měly by přinášet konkurenční výhodu. K tomu je potřeba, aby tyto systémy a technologie byly inovovány a měněny, tak jak se vyvíjí okolí podniku. Cílem mé diplomové práce je poukázat na současné nedostatky ve firmě, navrhnout řešení k jejich odstranění především se zavedením nového informačního systému. Dále se zaměřuji na problematiku v oblasti logistiky, které v současné době ve firmě nefunguje. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř částí. Začátek práce se zabývá představením firmy a vybraného nového informačního systému AX. V teoretické části se zaměřuji na to, jak by se mělo postupovat při výběru nového informačního systému a implementaci. Jak výběr, tak i implementace by měla být rozdělena do etap. V praktické části popisuji současný stav firmy a způsob řešení stávajících nedostatků. V závěrečné části se věnuji přínosům ve všech oblastech firmy se zavedením nového informačního systému a především návrhu postupu zlepšení v oblasti logistiky.cs
