dc.description.abstractCílem bakalářské práce je realizovat diagnostiku motorické výkonnosti ve florbalu. Diagnostika byla realizována v klubu Florbalová akademie Mladá Boleslav u kategorií starších žákyň, dorostenek a juniorek. Testování se zúčastnilo 34 dívek. K měření bylo vybráno celkem 7 testů z testové sestavy od Českého florbalu. Z vybraných testů se 3 týkaly kondičních schopností a 4 dovednostních schopností. Výsledky byly porovnávány s normami vydanými Českým florbalem. Výsledky se pohybovaly na škále od podprůměru k výraznému nadprůměru. Podprůměrné výsledky vyšly pouze u dorostenek v testu sprint na 20 metrů a u střelby 2. U starších žákyň vyšel dokonce výrazný nadprůměr v testu Illinois agility bez hokejky. Nejhůře povedený test byl z mého pohledu test na střelbu, a to u všech kategorií. Úspěšnost byla malá a technické provedení bylo špatné. Zjištěné výsledky předám trenérům, aby měli porovnání například s jinými kluby a mohli se od výsledků odrazit v další fázi tréninkového cyklu.cs
dc.description.abstractThe aim of the bachelor's thesis is to implement the diagnosis of motor performance in floorball. The diagnosis was carried out in the Mladá Boleslav Floorball Academy club for the categories of older pupils, teenagers and juniors. 34 girls took part in the testing. A total of 7 tests from the Czech floorball test set were selected for measurement. Of the selected tests, 3 related to physical abilities and 4 related to skill abilities. The results were compared with the standards issued by the Czech Floorball. The results ranged from below average to significantly above average. Below-average results were obtained only for teenage girls in the 20-meter sprint test and in shooting 2. The older students even achieved significantly above-average results in the Illinois agility test without a hockey stick. From my point of view, the worst test was the shooting test, in all categories. The success rate was low and the technical execution was poor. I will pass the results to the coaches so that they can compare, for example, with other clubs and be able to reflect on the results in the next phase of the training cycle.en
