Abstract
Bakalářská práce se věnuje měření rozložení indexu lomu v optických materiálech pomocí diferenciální holografické interferometrie. Její první část se zabývá základními vlastnostmi holografie, digitální holografie a holografické interferometrie. Práce se dále věnuje návrhu a sestavení měřícího uspořádání pro detekování nehomogenit indexu lomu v transparentních materiálech. Je zde popsáno dané měření pomocí tohoto uspořádání prováděné metodou digitální holografické interferometrie. Posledním bodem je zpracování a vyhodnocení naměřených výsledků, které ukazují vliv nehomogenního rozložení indexu lomu v měřeném transparentním objektu na interferenční strukturu výsledného numericky vypočteného fázového pole.
This bachelor thesis deals with measurement of refractive index distribution in optical materials by differential holographic interferometry. The first part covers basic properties of holography, digital holography and holographic interferometry. The thesis also deals with design and build of the measuring arrangement for detecting inhomogeneities in the refractive index of transparent materials. It describes the measurement with this arrangement by the methods of digital holographic interferometry. The last point is the processing evaluation of measured results, which show the effect of inhomogeneous distribution of refractive index in a measured transparent object to the interference structure of the final numerically calculated phase field.
