Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá studiem vpichovaných netkaných textilií a způsobem, jakým ovlivňují vpichovací jehly finální vlastnosti netkané textilie.Úvodní část práce je věnována seznámení se s netkanými textiliemi.Teoretická část se zaměřuje na rešerši procesu výroby netkaných textilií se zaměřením na mechanické zpevňování vpichováním. Dále jsou zde zobrazeny a popsány vpichovací jehly, které byly využity v experimentální části.V experimentální části je sledově popsán postup výroby vpichované textilie, zhotovení vzorků a otestování mechanických vlastností. Také jsou zde uvedeny dosažené výsledky, které jsou dále rozebrány a vyhodnoceny. Cílem této práce je ověření vlivu vpichovacích jehel na výslednou textilii.
This bachelor thesis deals with the study of needled nonwovens and how needles influence the final properties of nonwovens. The first part of the work is devoted to getting basic view of Nonwovens.The theoretical part focused on research of the production process of Nonwovens with a focus on mechanical bonding by needling. The needles used in the experimental section are also shown and described here.The experimental parts describe the process of production of needle fabrics, making samples and testing mechanical proporties. There are also achieved results, which are further analysed and evaluated. The main aim of this work is to verify the effect of needles on the final fabric.
