Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá hodnocením finančního zdraví společnosti ZF Automotive Czech s.r.o. Cílem práce je zhodnocení finanční situace společnosti a navržení opatření, která by vedla ke zlepšení v této oblasti. V teoretické části práce jsou vysvětleny pojmy jako finanční zdraví společnosti a složky, které toto zdraví ovlivňují. Dále se práce zabývá finanční analýzou a jejími jednotlivými elementárními metodami. Praktická část je založena na provedení kvantitativních analýz, konkrétně se jedná o analýzy rozvahy a výkazu zisku a ztráty. Také byla provedena analýza vybraných poměrových ukazatelů, jejichž jednotlivé výsledky jsou samostatně interpretovány. Součástí hodnocení je také analýza pomocí souhrnných indexů. V rámci benchmarkingu byly vybrané poměrové ukazatele společnosti ZF Automotive Czech s.r.o. porovnány s ukazateli společnosti Continental Automotive Czech Republic s.r.o. V závěru je hodnocen celkový finanční stav společnosti ZF Automotive Czech s.r.o., a práce předkládá doporučení, která by mohla vést ke zlepšení finanční pozice společnosti.
This bachelor thesis deals with the assessment of the financial health of ZF Automotive Czech. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the financial situation of the company and to propose possible recommendations that would lead to improvement and stronger stability in the financial situation of the company. The theoretical part of the thesis explains concepts such as the financial health of the company and the components that influence this health. Furthermore, the thesis deals with financial analysis and its various elementary methods. The practical part of thesis is based on quantitative analyses, namely the analysis of the balance sheet and the profit and loss statement. Also, the analysis of selected ratios has been carried out, where the individual results are interpreted. The assessment also includes an analysis using summary indexes. As part of the benchmarking, selected ratios of ZF Automotive Czech were compared with those of Continental Automotive Czech Republic. Finally, the thesis evaluates overal financial position and provides recommending actions that could lead to an improvement in the company's financial position.
