dc.description.abstract	Starý Plzenec je pětitisícové město nacházející se nedaleko od Plzně. Historickýrostlý charakter byl rozšířen o záplavu rodinných domů se zahradami, část starší zástavbymusela ustoupit vizi panelových sídlišť a část zůstává v dezolátním stavu.Řešené území, bezprostředně přilehlé k centru reaguje na stávající situaci. Potýká ses absencí veřejných staveb a sdílených prostranství a stejně tak i s otázkou bydlení v centrumalého města.	cs
dc.description.abstract	Starý Plzenec is a small city of 5000 inhabitants. It is situated nearby Plzeň. Historical character with organic site plan was extended by plurality of family houses with large gardens. Part of the older development was destroyed because of the vision of the new urban planning of the 80'-90' era. The other part is falling apart. The area of my interest, attached to the historical city centre, is a reaction to current situation. I'm dealing with the lack of public buildings and shared space, as well as dealing with the matter of living in the centre of a small city.	en
