dc.description.abstractThe Bachelor thesis deals with the residential suburbanization in the hinterland town of Liberec, its development and intensity in terms of housing and migration in the period after 1990. The thesis defines the community with special suburban processes, based on data analysis of housing and migration from the city core. Finally, it focuses on the consequences associated with suburbanization and comparison of this process with other cities in the Czech Republic. The selected file of suburban locations is described in more detail in terms of physical and social environment, completed with both graphic and cartographic attachments as well as with photographic documentation of these sites.en
dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou rezidenční suburbanizace v zázemí města Liberce, jejím vývojem a intenzitou z hlediska bytové výstavby a migrace v období po roce 1990. Práce vymezuje obce s charakteristickými suburbanizačními procesy na základě analýzy dat bytové výstavby a migrace z jádrového města. V neposlední řadě se zaměřuje na důsledky spojené se suburbanizací a porovnání tohoto procesu s jinými městy v České republice. Zvolený soubor suburbánních lokalit je podrobněji popsán z hlediska fyzického a sociálního prostředí, doplněný grafickými a kartografickými přílohami a fotodokumentací těchto lokalit.cs
