dc.description.abstractObsahem diplomové práce je návrh a implementace informačního portálu postaveného na správě dokumentů pro malé a střední sportovní organizace. Výsledný informační systém obsahuje nástroje pro správu životního cyklu dokumentů během řízení sportovních událostí a týmovou spolupráci. Všechny důležité informace jsou zpřístupněny na jednom místě v týmových pracovních prostorech, kde je zajištěn bezpečný přístup k datům pomocí uživatelských oprávnění. Práce vysvětluje funkci document managementu v projektovém řízení a staví na nové technologii SharePoint Services 3.0. Je demonstrována implementace datového modelu, aplikační a procesní logiky pomocí nástrojů a technologií respektujících dnešní trendy ve vývoji informačních technologií. V závěru jsou shrnuty náklady a je zhodnocena implementace vytvořeného řešení.cs
dc.description.abstractThe content of this thesis is designing and implementation of information portal based on document management for small and medium sport´s organizations. Resulting information system contains tools for managing life cycle of documents during sports events and team cooperation. All important information is stored at one place in team work spaces where the access to information is taken care by user rights. This thesis explains functions of document management for project management and it builds on the new technology SharePoint Services 3.0. There is demonstration implementing of data model, application logic, process logic that are using tools and technologies respecting today´s trends for modern information systems development. At the end of the thesis are summarized costs of this solution and evaluation of these implementations.en
