dc.description.abstract	This bachelor work deals with physical punishment of children in family issues. The aim is to describe the problems of punishment of children in the family; what place have physical punishment and who practices them most; furthermore, what is the most common reason to use sanctions and the effectiveness of various sentences from the perspective of parents and children. The work is formed by two parts. The first of them is the theoretical part, that contains explanation of important terms. It is especially education, reward and punishment, more space is dedicated to punishment issues, physical primarily. It describes the view on a historical punishment progress, further types of punishment and possible consequences by often using; it mentions also the context between children´s punishment and rights and outlines the view on children´s punishment abroad.The practical part deals with survey results, that was realized using two types of questionnaires. The first one was given to parents, another one to their children. We were particularly concerned on using sanctions and punishment in families and the comparison in terms of parent and child. We found out, what place have physical punishment in a family; if the using of specific punishment in a childhood of current parents influences the using the same type of punishment by their children; for what parents punish their children and who executes punishment predominantly. In the end are mentioned possibilities of using the survey results.	en
dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou trestání dětí v rodině. Cílem je popsat problematiku trestání dětí v rodině; zjistit jaké formy trestů jsou v rodinách nejčastěji používány; jaké místo mají fyzické tresty a kdo je v rodinách vykonává; dále, co je nejčastějším důvodem k použití trestů a efektivnost různých trestů z pohledu rodičů a dětí. Práce je tvořena dvěma částmi. První je teoretická část, která obsahuje objasnění důležitých pojmů. Jedná se především o výchovu, odměny a tresty, přičemž větší prostor je věnován problematice trestů, zejména fyzických. Popisován je pohled na historický vývoj trestu, dále druhy trestů a možných následků jejich častého používání; zmíněna je i souvislost mezi tresty a právy dětí a nastíněn je pohled na trestání dětí v zahraničí.Praktická část se zabývá výsledky průzkumu, který byl realizován pomocí dvou druhů dotazníků. Jeden byl zadáván rodičům, druhý jejich dětem. Zajímalo nás zejména používání postihů a trestů v rodině a jejich srovnání z pohledu rodiče a dítěte. Zjišťovali jsme, jaké místo v rodině mají tresty fyzické; zda má používání určitých druhů trestů v dětství současných rodičů vliv na používání téhož trestu u jejich dětí; zač rodiče nejčastěji trestají své děti a kdo trest v rodině převážně vykonává. V závěru jsou zmíněny možnosti využití výsledků průzkumu.	cs
