dc.description.abstractThe main aim of the thesis is to explain and analyze the Liberec region's ability to compete in the terms of human sources. In the introduction I explain what the region's ability to compete is and describe the key factors that affect it. Characteristic of the labour market and human resources follows. Major attention is paid to unemployment and its types. Next part focuses on the actual analysis of the issue in the Liberec region. First, the current situation on the labour market (particularly in terms of unemployment) is described and explained. An analysis of the human resources quality, measured by the achieved level of tertiary education and the choice of studied fields follows. The structure of graduates in single fields is compared to the needs of the labour market. Discrepancies are identified and discussed, including their possible solution.en
dc.description.abstractHlavním cílem diplomové práce je objasnit a zanalyzovat konkurenceschopnost Libereckého kraje z hlediska lidských zdrojů. V úvodní části je nejdříve vysvětleno, co znamená konkurenceschopnost regionu, a jsou popsány klíčové faktory, které jí ovlivňují. Následuje charakteristika trhu práce a lidských zdrojů. Větší pozornost je věnována nezaměstnanosti a jejím druhům. Další část je zaměřena na samotnou analýzu dané problematiky v Libereckém regionu. Nejprve je objasněna současná situace na pracovním trhu především z pohledu nezaměstnanosti. Následuje rozbor kvality lidských zdrojů měřený podle dosažené úrovně terciárního vzdělání a výběru studijních oborů. Struktura absolventů jednotlivých oborů je porovnána v závislosti na potřebách pracovního trhu. Případné nesrovnalosti jsou identifikovány a rozebrány včetně návrhu jejich řešení.cs
