Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá hodnocením ekonomické efektivnosti investiční výstavby nové haly obrobny odlitků ve společnosti Seco Industries s. r. o. Hlavním důvodem zvolení tohoto tématu byla možnost seznámit se s procesem plánování a hodnocení investic a tyto poznatky nadále aplikovat na konkrétní projekt. Na základě zjištěných hodnot lze vyhodnotit, zda se investice společnosti vyplatila či to byly neúčelně vynaložené peněžní prostředky. V teoretické části je popsána problematika investičního rozhodování, dále jsou vysvětlené jednotlivé možnosti financování a následuje charakteristika metod hodnocení. V praktické části je představena společnost, její výrobní technologie a investiční plán. Dále jsou zde aplikovány jednotlivé metody hodnocení a uvedeny důvody úspěchu či neúspěchu investičního projektu.
The diploma thesis deals with evaluating the economic efficiency of investment construction of a new machining center in the company Seco Industries Ltd. The main reason for choosing this topic was to get acquainted with the process of planning and evaluation of investments and to continue applying this knowledge to a specific project. Based on the values found, it is possible to evaluate whether the company's investment paid off or whether the funds were wasted. The theoretical part describes the issues of investment decision-making, then explains the various financing options and follows the characteristics of evaluation methods. The practical part introduces the company, its production technology, and investment plan. Furthermore, individual evaluation methods are applied, and the reasons for the success or failure of the investment project are given.
