dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se věnuje financování start-up společností v České republice. Cílem práce je zhodnotit dostupné formy financování start-upů a na základě případové studie konkrétní technologické společnosti navrhnout doporučení pro efektivní financování. Teoretická část práce se zabývá definicí start-upu, jeho vývojovými fázemi a klíčovými faktory úspěchu. Dále se zaměřuje na jednotlivé zdroje financování, včetně vlastních prostředků, business angels, venture kapitálu, crowdfundingu, akcelerátorů či veřejné podpory, a podrobně rozebírá investiční proces od pre-seed až po Series B a další investiční kola, včetně související investorské dokumentace. Praktická část je zpracována formou případové studie českého technologického start-upu TGNCA s.r.o., provozující platformu Tanganica pro automatizaci digitálního marketingu e-shopů. Práce detailně charakterizuje jeho vývoj, způsob financování, růstové výsledky a dopad získané pre-seed investice. Klíčovým výstupem je návrh doporučení pro vstup do seed investičního kola, včetně konkrétní strategie oslovování investorů, návrhu alokace prostředků a přípravy investorské dokumentace. Součástí příloh je zpracovaný pitch deck. Práce propojuje teoretická východiska s reálnou podnikatelskou praxí a přináší hodnotné poznatky pro další start-upy hledající externí kapitál pro svůj rozvoj.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The thesis focuses on the financing of start-up companies in the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the available forms of financing for start-ups and to propose recommendations for effective financing based on a case study of a specific technology company. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the definition of a start-up, its development phases and key success factors. It then focuses on different sources of funding, including equity, business angels, venture capital, crowdfunding, accelerators or public support, and discusses in detail the investment process from pre-seed to Series B and other investment rounds, including related investor documentation. The practical part is presented in the form of a case study of the Czech technology start-up TGNCA s.r.o., operating the Tanganica platform for the automation of digital marketing of e-shops. The thesis characterizes in detail its development, financing method, growth results and the impact of the acquired pre- seed investment. The key output is a draft recommendation for entering a seed investment round, including a specific strategy for approaching investors, a proposed allocation of funds and the preparation of investor documentation. The appendices include a prepared pitch deck. The work connects theoretical background with real business practice and brings valuable insights for other start-ups seeking external capital for their development.	en
