dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou kurzových rozdílů a jejich vlivu na účetní výkazy ve společnosti XYZ, a.s. Cílem této práce je na základě konkrétních případových studií dokázat, že kurzové rozdíly mají vliv na účetní výkazy a na základě konkrétních případů ukázat jaký mají vliv na hospodaření podniku XYZ, a.s. Rešeršní část je věnována definicím a popisům vybraných pojmů z oblasti účetnictví. Tato část práce se specializuje na kurzové rozdíly a jejich účtování v průběhu a na konci účetního období a na kurzové rozdíly u pohledávek a závazků. V teoretické části této práce je dále představena valutová pokladna, devizový účet, vnitropodniková směrnice, používané kurzy, kurzové rozdíly dle české právní úpravy, standard IAS 21 a finanční analýza. V praktické části je krátce představena akciová společnost XYZ, následně je zde graficky popsán export a import společnosti, dále je v této části práce obsažen vývoj tržeb, kterých společnost v rámci předchozích 10 let dosahovala, přepočet pohledávek a závazků na českou korunu a finanční analýza společnosti. Hlavní kapitolu praktické části tvoří vliv kurzových rozdílů na hospodaření společnosti a konkrétní účetní případy společnosti XYZ, a.s. související s kurzovými rozdíly. Závěr práce tvoří shrnutí a doporučení pro společnost.	cs
dc.description.abstract	This diploma thesis deals with exchange rate differences and their impact on the financial statements of the company XYZ, a.s. The aim of this work is on based specific case studies to prove that exchange rate differences have an impact on the financial statements and on the basis of specific cases to show what effect they have on the performance of the company XYZ, a.s. The research part is devoted to definitions and descriptions of selected accounting terms. This part of the thesis specializes in exchange rate differences and their accounting during and at the end of the accounting period and on exchange rate differences on receivables and payables. The theoretical part of this thesis also introduces the currency treasury, the foreign exchange account, the inter-company guidelines, the exchange rates used, exchange differences under Czech legislation, IAS 21, and financial analysis. In the practical part, the XYZ joint-stock company is briefly introduced, followed by a graphical description of the company's exports and imports and the development of the company's sales over the previous ten years, conversion of receivables and payables into the Czech crown and financial analysis of the company. The central chapter of the practical part consists of the effect of exchange rate differences on the company's performance and specific accounting cases of XYZ, Inc. related to exchange rate differences. The thesis concludes with a summary and recommendations for the company.	en
