Abstract
Tématem bakalářské práce jsou dysfunkční rodiny v péči odboru sociálně-právní ochrany dětí. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit důvody, které vedou odbor sociálně-právní ochrany dětí k ustanovení dohledů nad nezletilými dětmi.Pro průzkumné šetření je v bakalářské práci zvolena technika polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Respondenty průzkumu jsou kurátoři pro děti a mládež, kteří se zaměřují na nezletilé s problémy v oblasti výchovy a vzdělávání. Kurátoři pro děti a mládež, kteří byli osloveni, mají bohaté zkušenosti s prací s dysfunkčními rodinami a následnou péčí o nezletilé. Z jejich praxe byli, vybrány kazuistiky, které ukazují na situace vhodné k uplatnění zkoumaného jevu.Výstupem této práce je výčet důvodů vedoucích k uložení dohledů odboru sociálně-právní ochrany dětí.
The topic of the bachelor thesis is dysfunctional families in the Departments of Social and Legal Protection of Children care. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to map the reasons which lead the Department of Social and Legal Protection of Children to establishing the supervision of minors.For the exploratory investigation the method of qualitative research was chosen. The collection of the data is carried out by semi-structured interviews. The respondents of the survey are the curators for children and teenagers, which focus on minors with problems in the area of nurture and education. The curators for children and teenagers, which were addressed, have large experience with work with dysfunctional families and subsequent care of the minors. Based on their practice, case studies were selected which show situations applicable to the assertion of the studied phenomenaThe output of the thesis is the enumeration of reasons which lead to the imposition of supervision of the Department of Social and Legal Protection of Children.
