dc.description.abstractIn this thesis the history of European harmonization of laws is briefly presented - first it was a Sectorial approach to be typical of a very precise specifications, later it was so called a New approach, which is characterized by the framework directives, referring to the detailed technical standards. Furthermore, there is outlined the process of adopting European rules into national legislation and there is simply described the range of EU food law. Other chapters are focused on food regulations that are binding on the company Cutisin, Ltd., manufacturer of collagen packaging for the food industry. The content of these regulations is briefly described, for the company the most important parts of regulations are described in greater detail. The work also includes analysis of potential competition, especially in the field of voluntary standards and certificates. In conclusion information on the operation of regulations in the daily run of Cutisin obtained during internship is given.en
dc.description.abstractV této práci je nejprve stručně představena historie harmonizace evropských předpisů - nejdříve to byl sektorový přístup, pro který jsou typické směrnice s velmi přesnými specifikacemi, později tzv. Nový přístup, který se vyznačuje rámcovými směrnicemi odkazujícími na podrobné technické normy. Dále je zde nastíněn proces přijímání evropských předpisů do národních legislativ a zjednodušeně popsán rozsah potravinářských předpisů EU. Další kapitoly se zaměřují na potravinářská nařízení, která jsou závazná pro společnost Cutisin, s.r.o., výrobce kolagenních obalových materiálů pro potravinářský průmysl. Obsah těchto nařízení je stručně popsán, pro podnik nejdůležitější části jsou uvedeny podrobněji. Práce obsahuje také analýzu možné konkurence, především v oblasti dobrovolných norem a certifikátů. V závěru jsou uvedeny poznatky o fungování předpisů v běžném chodu Cutisinu získané během řízené praxe.cs
