dc.description.abstractThis diploma thesis deals with the financial analysis of a company. The main aim of the diploma is sizing up the financial situation of the company AGRO SYCHROV, a.s. and to suggest improvements. The diploma consists of two main parts which are theoretical and practical. The selected terms and financial procedures are described in the theoretical part. Character of the company AGRO SYCHROV, a.s., financial analysis of the company character of the competitive company AGRO RUBÍN, a.s and comparing with the company AGRO RUBÍN, a.s. are realized in the practical part of the diploma. The conclusion contains general estimation of the financial situation of the company ending with recommendations for future.en
dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá problematikou finanční analýzy podniku. Cílem této práce je posoudit finanční situaci společnosti AGRO SYCHROV, a.s. a navrhnout případná opatření. Diplomová práce má dvě hlavní části, teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části diplomové práce jsou vysvětleny vybrané pojmy, vztahující se k finanční analýze, postupy a metody finanční analýzy. V praktické části je nejprve charakterizována společnost AGRO SYCHROV, a.s., dále je provedena finanční analýza této společnosti. Rovněž zde najdeme charakteristiku konkurenčního podniku AGRO RUBÍN, a.s. a jeho srovnání s posuzovaným podnikem AGRO SYCHROV, a.s. Na základě zjištěných skutečností v závěrečné části je provedeno celkové zhodnocení výsledků finanční analýzy a následná opatření.cs
