Abstract
Cílem práce je popsat sociální dynamiku užívání konopí ve vybraných kulturních a historických kontextech se zaměřením na situaci užívání konopí za léčebnými účely v současné České republice. V práci jsou popsány vybrané etapy vývoje užívání konopí jako kulturního a medicínského fenoménu, přičemž důraz je kladen na medicínské užití konopí. V tomto kontextu je věnována pozornost legislativnímu rámci užívání konopí v České republice a tematizaci užívání konopí v politickém marketingu vybraných politických subjektů.
The aim of the work is to describe the social dynamics of cannabis use in selected cultural and historical contexts, focusing on the situation of cannabis use for medicinal purposes in the present Czech Republic. The work describes selected stages in the development of cannabis use as a cultural and medical phenomenon, with emphasis on the medical use of cannabis. In this context, attention is paid to the legislative framework for cannabis use in the Czech Republic and to the thematic use of cannabis in political marketing of selected political entities.
