Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá metodou pro objektivní hodnocení vzhledu příze v ploše. Cílem práce bylo stanovit vhodnost použití vybraných statistických funkcí pro objektivní hodnocení vzhledu příze v ploše. Byly použity statistické funkce (plošná variační křivka, semivariogram), které jsou v literatuře navrženy a použity pro hodnocení povrchové nerovnoměrnosti netkaných textilií a tkanin. Na experiment byly použity etalony bavlněných přízí a také náviny reálných přízí různé kvality. Byl sledován průběh plošných variačních křivek a semivariogramů v závislosti na kvalitě příze. V teoretické části práce jsou popsány poznatky o vzhledu příze, o hmotné nestejnoměrnosti příze, objektivním hodnocením příze v ploše.K tomu byla zvolena plošná variační křivka a semivariogram. Ve druhé, experimentální části, je sledováno kolísání stupňů šedi jednotlivých obrazů etalonů přízí a návinů reálných přízí pomocí vybraných statistických funkcí. Je v ní zaznamenán postup celého experimentu a v závěru jeho vyhodnocení.
The thesis deals with the method of objective evaluation of the appearance of yarn in the area. The aim of work was to determine the appropriateness of the use of selected statistical functions for objective evaluation of the appearance of the yarns in the area. There were used statistical functions (area variation curve, semivariogram), which are proposed in the literature and used to evaluate the surface unevenness of non-woven fabrics and woven fabric. For the experiment were used standards of cotton yarns, and also windings of the real yarns of different quality. It was watched the area variation curves and semivariograms depending on the quality of yarn. In the theoretical part of work are describes the knowledge about the appearance of the yarns, about the mass irregularity of yarns, by objective evaluation of yarns in the area. To this was chosen area variation curve and semivariogram. In the second, experimental part, is tracking variations in grayness degrees images of standards of yarns and windings of the real yarns by the selected statistical functions. There is recorded the procedure of the whole experiment and in the end of work is his evaluation.
