Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývala problematikou specializovaných oddělení výkonu trestu odnětí svobody v České republice. Především zhodnotila jejich význam v reedukaci a resocializaci odsouzených, kteří jsou na těchto odděleních umístěni. V této práci byla popsána jednotlivá specializovaná oddělení výkonu trestu odnětí svobody a vysvětleny poruchy, kterými trpí odsouzení umístění na těchto odděleních. Práce vycházela ze současného legislativního stavu v České republice, která se zavázala dodržovat Evropská vězeňská pravidla. Cílem práce bylo popsat význam specializovaných oddělení a potvrdit opodstatněnost jejich zřizování. Práce byla složena části teoretické, která obsahovala vysvětlení základních pojmů a seznamovala čtenáře s problematikou vězeňství. V praktické části pak byly pomocí nestandardizovaného dotazníku zjišťovány postoje odsouzených, umístěných na Specializovaném oddělení pro mentálně retardované odsouzené ve Věznici Stráž pod Ralskem, k programu zacházení na tomto oddělení. Dále byly v této části popsány cíle specializovaného oddělení a metody, kterými jsou cíle naplňovány. Za největší přínos práce vzhledem k řešené problematice bylo možné považovat zjištění, že specializované oddělení ve Věznici Stráž pod Ralskem plní své cíle a tím naplňuje svůj význam. Dalším pozitivním výsledkem bylo zjištění, že nadpoloviční většina odsouzených ze specializovaného oddělení považuje svůj pobyt na tomto oddělení za prospěšný.
This Bachelor thesis deals with problems of Special departments of the execution of the imprisonment penalty in Czech republic. Primarily their sense in reeducation and social rehabilitation of the convinced people has been evaluated. In the thesis these special departments have been described including the explanation of sentenced people´s disorders. The thesis results from the current legislation state in Czech republic, which has made a commitment to respect The European Prison Rules. The object was to describe the meaning of these specialized departments and confirm a justifiability of their establishment. The thesis consists of the theoretical part containing the explanation of essential terms and problems connected with a prison service. In the practical part the non-standardized questionnaires were used to inquire attitudes of mentally disturbed sentenced people to the treatment plan applied in the special department of the execution of the imprisonment in Stráž pod Ralskem. In this part the aims and methods of the specialized department were described as well. The importance and efficiency of the special department in Stráž pod Ralskem has been confirmed in the thesis. This can be regarded as the main benefit together with the fact the majority of the sentenced people considers their stay in this department suitable.
