Abstract
Diplomová práce navazuje na autorčinu bakalářskou práci, která se zabývala klienty z Dětského domova Liptál a jejich představami o svém budoucím samostatném životě. Tato práce měla přiblížit u konkrétních jedinců, co si představují pod pojmem budoucí život, o čem sní, co si přejí a po čem touží, až opustí ústavní péči. Výzkumným souborem jsou stejní respondenti s odstupem času sedmi let po sepsání bakalářské práce.Diplomová práce je zpracována formou kvalitativního výzkumu, který je založený na hloubkových polostrukturovaných rozhovorech vedených s osmi mladými lidmi, kteří prožili část svého dětství v Dětském domově Liptál. Hlavním cílem je zjistit, jak se mladistvým po odchodu z dětského domova podařilo začlenit do běžné společnosti. Práce přibližuje jejich život po odchodu z dětského domova. Popisuje socializaci do intaktní společnosti, zkoumá obtíže, se kterými se setkali, navrhuje způsoby zlepšení v různých oblastech života respondentů a v přípravě jedinců na samostatný život během pobytu v dětském domově. Vlastní výsledky výzkumu nemají být zobecnitelné na celou populaci. Smyslem práce je odhalit hlubší skutečnosti a souvislosti, které by mohly být uplatnitelné v dalších budoucích výzkumech.
This diploma thesis is a follow-up to the author´s bachelor thesis, that was addressed to clients of the Children´s Home in Liptal and their ideas about their future independent life. The bachelor thesis meant to approach specific clients and assess their expectations and thinking in terms of their future life, their dreams and wishes after they leave the institutional care. The aim of this research was to analyse the situation of the same respondents with a time lag of seven years.This diploma thesis is based on qualitative research using in-depth semi-structured interviews conducted with eight respondents who have spent part of their childhood in the Liptal Children´s Home. The research aimed to analyze how the adolescents who left the childrens´ home managed to integrate themselves into the society. The work analysis their life after leaving the childrens´ home, it explores their socialization in intact society, it examines the difficulties that they have encountered. Based on the results, suggestions are provided on possible improvements of various aspects of respondents´ life, approaches on how to prepare individuals for the independent life while in children´s home are discussed. The results of the research cannot be generalized to the entire population. The research aims to reveal deeper facts and understanding of the contexts that might be applicable in future research.
