| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na specifické a běžné formy komunikace zaměstnanců s uživateli služeb v domovech pro seniory. Práce je členěna na teoretickou a empirickou část.V teoretické části práce jsou, v pěti kapitolách postupně vymezeny pojmy komunikace, intrapersonální, interpersonální, verbální a neverbální formy komunikace. Dále je popsána problematika stáří a demence. Následně se zabývá otázkou komunikace se seniory postiženými smyslovými, tělesným a mentálními poruchami a také alternativní a augmentativní komunikací. Důležitý oddíl teoretické části je věnován vymezení pojmu specifická komunikace a s tímto souvisejícím metodám a přístupům. Pamatováno je i na popis pracovní kategorie: pracovník v sociálních službách a aktivizační pracovník. Empirická část zahrnuje kvantitativní výzkum, který byl realizován v domovech pro seniory v regionu České Lípy a Nového Boru. Průzkum byl uskutečněn metodou dotazníku a rozhovoru. Výstupem průzkumu je popis vědomostí, praktických dovedností a reálného využívání běžných i specifických forem komunikace pracovníků v přímé péči směrem k uživatelům služeb v domově pro seniory. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | The Bachelor thesis has been oriented on specific and common forms of communication between employees and users of services in homes for seniors. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and an empirical part. The theoretical part of the thesis includes five chapters successively defining the terms of communication, intrapersonal, interpersonal, verbal and non-verbal forms of communication. Further the problems of aging and dementia are described. Then it is focused on the communication with seniors afflicted by sensorial, physical and mental disorders as well as on the alternative and augmentative communication. An important item of the theoretical part is oriented on the definition of the term of the specific communication and on the related methods and approaches. It is also remembered the description of the working category: the social service worker and the activation worker. The empirical part includes a quantitative research having been implemented in the Homes for seniors in the Česká Lípa and Nový Bor regions. The research was based on the questionnaire and interview method. The output of the research has been a description of knowledges, practical skills and real exploitation of both common and specific forms of communication of the direct care workers with service users in homes for seniors. | en |
