Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na možné zdroje financování investic, na investiční činnost a následné zhodnocení této činnosti v konkrétním podniku Auto Jeremiášova, s.r.o. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na obecný pojem investic, investiční činnost jako takovou a představuje možné zdroje financování investic. Zabývá se postupem hodnocení efektivnosti investic a popisuje základní metody i ukazatele, které se k hodnocení využívají. V praktické části je představen podnik Auto Jeremiášova s vybraným investičním záměrem. Jsou zde propočítány některé zvolené metody a ukazatele efektivnosti investic a finanční výkonosti podniku. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty výsledky vyhodnocení investiční aktivity.
The bachelor's thesis focuses on possible sources of investment financing, investment activity and subsequent evaluation of this activity in a specific company Auto Jeremiášova, s.r.o. The theoretical part focuses on the general concept of investment, investment activity as such and presents possible sources of investment financing. It deals with the process of evaluating the effectiveness of investments and describes the basic methods and indicators that are used for evaluation. The practical part presents the company Auto Jeremiášova with a selected investment plan. Some selected methods and indicators of investment efficiency and financial performance of the company are calculated here. At the end of the work are summarized the results of the evaluation of the investment activity.
