Abstract
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na porovnání makroekonomických ukazatelů odrážejících úspěšnost hospodářství ve vybraných ekonomikách Evropy. Analýza vývoje ekonomických veličin je podkladem pro grafickou komparaci České republiky, Maďarska, Slovenska a Slovinska. Cílem diplomové práce je rozbor vývoje základních makroekonomických ukazatelů a zhodnocení hospodářské úspěšnosti jednotlivých ekonomik prostřednictvím graficko-analytické metody magického čtyřúhelníku. Makroekonomický vývoj je hodnocen prostřednictvím čtyř ukazatelů - tempa růstu HDP, míry nezaměstnanosti, míry inflace a stavu běžného účtu platební bilance. Právě tyto ukazatele jsou zásadní pro konstrukci magického čtyřúhelníku. Podstatou komparace je rozdělení sledovaného období 1996-2004 na tři časové úseky a zavedení zprůměrovaných ekonomických ukazatelů do magických čtyřúhelníků. Přehledné grafické porovnání je doplněno o numerický propočet ploch každé sledované země.
The diploma thesis focuses on the comparison of macroeconomics indicators that reflect the success of economy in the selected European countries. The analysis of the development of economical indicators is the basis for the graphic comparison of the Czech republic, Hungary, Slovakia and Slovenia. The aim of this diploma thesis is the analysis of the development of basic macroeconomics indicators and the assessment of the economical success in the selected economies through graphic-analytical method of magic tetragon. The macroeconomic development is assessed with four indicators fundamental for the construction of magic tetragon - the growth rate of GDP, the rate of unemployment, the rate of inflation and by current account of balance-of payments. The principle of the comparison is the division of the monitored period 1996-2004 into the three periods and the implementation of average economical indicators to the magic tetragon. The graphical comparison is followed by the area calculations of the selected countries.
