dc.description.abstractANOTACE Bakalářská práce pojednává o marketingové komunikaci firmy Rock Point, jež podniká v oblasti otdoorového vybavení. Tato práce se snaží nalézt nová řešení v šíření komunikace. Je zde charakterizován komunikační mix a jeho části, představení podniku a jeho činností. Praktická část je zaměřena na návrh marketingové komunikace, a to především inovace internetových stránek této firmy a zákaznického servisu tak, aby plnil svůj marketingový záměr. Mezi uživateli internetových stránek firmy Rock Point, byl proveden marketingový výzkum pomocí dotazníků, jehož cílem bylo zjistit, jak vyhovují internetové stránky zákazníkům.cs
dc.description.abstractANNOTATION This Diploma thesis deals with marketing communication of Rock Point Company, which runs a business in the field of the outdoor equipment. The Diploma thesis tries to find out new solutions of the expansion of communication. There is characterized the communication mix and its parts, presentation of the firm and its activities. Next part of the Diploma thesis is based on the proposal of the marketing communication, especially on the proposal of the innovation of the company´s internet sites and customer service so that it fulfils its marketing intention. Between the Internet users of Rock Point Company, was made the marketing research, by the help of questionnaires, whose aim was to find out, how web side is suitable for customers.en
