Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá politickými procesy v regionu Tanvaldska v letech
1953-1956, se zaměřením na činnost Krajského soudu v Liberci. Práce analyzuje
typologii obětí a pachatelů a zkoumá dopad perzekuce na místní obyvatelstvo. Klíčová
část práce je věnována případové studii E. Geigerové, jejíž osud je sledován od
zatčení, přes soudní proces a výkon trestu, až po rehabilitaci. Cílem práce je přiblížit mechanismy fungování totalitní justice a poukázat na individuální dopady politických procesů v konkrétním regionálním kontextu.
This bachelor's thesis focuses on political trials in the Tanvald region between 1953 and 1956, with an emphasis on the activities of the Regional Court in Liberec. The thesis analyzes the typology of victims and perpetrators and examines the impact of persecution on the local population. A key part of the thesis is dedicated to a case study of E. Geigerová, whose fate is traced from arrest, through the trial and execution of her sentence, to rehabilitation. The aim of the thesis is to shed light on the mechanisms of totalitarian justice and to highlight the individual impacts of political trials within a specific regional context.
