Abstract
Cílem práce je analyzovat problémy související s výukou lyžování dětí v lyžařských školách. V první části se bakalářská práce zaměřuje na popis struktury vzdělání lyžařských instruktorů v České republice, popisuje osobnost instruktora a ve stručnosti charakterizuje vývojová stádia u dětí, která úzce souvisí s problémy, se kterými se instruktoři lyžování potýkají. Druhá část se zabývá zjišťováním najčastějších problémů, se kterými se instruktor lyžování během výuky setkává. Při výzkumu byla použita forma kvantitativního šetření. Dosažené výsledky mohou pomoci při následném pokračování ve výzkumu, kdy na nejčastější problémy mohou být hledány nejefektivnější řešení.
The target of my bachelor thesis is analyze the problems related with teaching children skiing at ski schools. In the first part of the thesis focuses on the description of the structure of the ski instructors in the Czech Republic, describes the personality of the instructor and briefly describes the developmental stages of children, which is closely related to the problems which are faced ski instructors. The second part deals with the identification of the most common problems that the ski instructor during the teaching ski meets. In research was used a form of quantitative survey. Achieved results may assist in the subsequent continuation of research on the most common problems can be sought effective solutions.
