Abstract
Práce se zabývá komunikací základní školy s rodinou v době pandemie COVID-19, kdy
došlo k uzavření škol a značnému omezení osobního kontaktu mezi učiteli a rodiči. Práce
stručně popisuje komunikaci školy s rodinou za stavu před pandemií COVID-19 a její
běžné formy a funkce. Dále se práce věnuje komunikaci školy s rodinou během pandemie
a popisuje formy a platformy, které byly využívány pro její realizaci. Prostor je věnován
také následnému porovnání komunikace v době před pandemií a během ní. Praktická část
se věnuje rozhovorům s konkrétními pedagogy a rodiči žáků základní školy. Na základě
jejich zkušeností jsou stanoveny rady a doporučení pro případ podobné situace
v budoucnu.
The thesis deals with the communication of a Czech primary schools with the family during the COVID-19 pandemic, when schools were closed, and personal contact between teachers and parents was significantly limited. The thesis briefly describes the school's communication with the family before the COVID-19 pandemic and its common forms and functions. Furthermore, the work deals with the school's communication with the family during the pandemic and describes the forms and platforms which were used for it. One part is dedicated to the comparison of communication before and during the pandemic. The practical part is devoted to interviews with specific teachers and parents of primary school students. Based on their experience, advice and recommendations are provided in case of a similar situation in the future.
