dc.description.abstractThis thesis attends to the strategy and development of the small machinery company. The main goal is to offer relatively independent, economical look at the chosen activities of the firm. It focuses on the analysis of these activities and subsequently suggests certain solutions, which would contribute to the more effective functioning. According to the findings in the thesis, it can be conducted, that the company works successfully overall. The suggested solutions in the area of the human resources, investments, management and products, will help the company to maintain the growth and long-lasting prosperity in the dynamically developing surroundings of the industrial markets.en
dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá strategií a rozvojem malého strojírenského podniku. Jejím cílem je nabídnout vedení podniku relativně nezávislý, ekonomický pohled na vybrané podnikové aktivity, tyto aktivity analyzovat a následně navrhnout konkrétní řešení, která by přispěla k efektivnějšímu fungování firmy. Na základě zjištěných skutečností lze konstatovat, že firma působí na trhu celkově úspěšně. Návrhy řešení problémů v oblasti lidských zdrojů, investic, managementu a výrobků, jež vyplynuly z analýzy, pomohou firmě udržet růst a dlouhodobou prosperitu v dynamicky se vyvíjejícím prostředí průmyslových trhů.cs
